East Fen Lodge
East Fen Lodge and Fisheries is a family run site set in twenty one acres of Norfolk countryside.
The site started its life as an area for the family to enjoy and preserve its natural surroundings. Conservation of the local wildlife and riverbank became a family hobby and great strides have been made to encourage the return of natural Norfolk habitat.

A planting program for trees, bushes and plants has been central to the success of the site and has been greatly rewarded with local wildlife flocking back to the site!! The lake was opened to the local community for fishing and a small number of boat moorings were introduced. The concept of the lodge and its cabins was founded through recent praise from visiting officials. They’re remarks have provided the catalyst for the development and with the family growing and flying the ‘nest’ now seems the perfect time to share the beauty of the area with others.
